[Bayushi Senshuken]

The woman, the myth, the legend! Bayushi Senshuken feels quite proud of herself for her performance at the arcade games. If only court was equally interesting. The young woman is dressed in a short black skirt with black and red, check leggings and an oversized black sweater with a red hood. Aaaaand brand new black sneakers with red details. She really needed those!

A business casual Lion had appeared before Senshuken's line of sight with a bow.

"Kitsu Kanna, Ikoma press.

Would you happen to be, by any chance, what we call a gamer?"

Senshuken returns the bow. "Aren't I too cool to be a gamer?!" She chuckles. "I'm a racer mostly, but yes, a proud gamer, as well. Senshuken of the Bayushi." She introduces herself. "Honored to make your acquaintance, Kitsu san."

[Asahina Hinata]

With the Masquerade Ball later that evening, the Crane had encouraged Hinata to go to the Arcade to take his mind off the important work he'd been doing later . . . they obviously didn't know him well enough yet, his mind was never 'on' important work, even when doing it. Still they'd got him at 'Arcade' and he was off.

He was taking a breather between games, throwing back the long eared hood on his white bunny hoodie (which as almost always was accompanied with blue shorts, knee socks and comfy white trainers) he looked around for a drinks machine.

Would it be possible for you to tell more about the sport scene of the World of Dreams at the highest level? I've done a bit a research on it by themselves, but a fresh firsthand testimony is infinitely better."

"I don't see why I wouldn't help the Ikoma press, though I have to point out that I am a professional athlete at the highest level of motorsports, not gaming." She replies rather politely. "Still, yes, what do you want to know, Kitsu san?"

A blonde, tall gamer, dressed in plain street clothes along with a cap and jacket with decorative gamer-pins on them was moving around the arcade, sipping their consolation bubble tea.

It was difficult to deflate the usual good mood of Sumiko. Unfortunately, today was one of those days. After another machine defeated her, she sighed softly and just started wandering around.

Better to use my poor luck now, neh? she tried to convince herself.

During her conversation with the Kitsu, Senshuken sends a quick text to Sumiko.

Did you hear the rumors? Are you playing me, honey? If yes, I'm at the arcade. If not, I'm still there.

A seond after she presses send, she sees her. Wow! What a yummie little cookie! And a devilish one for that matter!

[Kitsu Kanna]

"I don't see why I wouldn't help the Ikoma press, though I have to point out that I am a professional athlete at the highest level of motorsports, not gaming." She replies rather politely. "Still, yes, what do you want to know, Kitsu san?"

"My interest is more about sports in general than just esport really. But that makes for a good introduction actually. What's most popular at the moment on the World of Dreams between virtual sports, motor sports, and traditional sports? For example, how does attendance to your race compare with the oshidama tournament of yesterday?"

[Soshi Kioku]

The usual audience of Turbo Tickets nights were the regulars of the place, and a number of off-world (or at least out-of-province) visitors who took the occasion as an easy way to get prizes. In both cases, although there were quite a few older folks who were around for a 'blast of the past' with some of the older games still available, the usual audience would be mainly teens and young adults.

It could come as a bit of a surprise, then, to see a woman in her thirties making her way around the machines, as if studying one and another of them, and after a while finally stopping in front of one of the Claw Games. She kept studying it intently, apparently looking at a Yakumo figurine and an odd, apparently old rainbow coloured plushie that looked a bit like a salamander. Her eyes seemed strangely emotional for someone in an Arcade, giving the scene an almost comical look.

"... can I?", she muttered to herself.

At least he didn't seem to recognize her. So she drank her boba and nodded along. "Mhm I was more annoyed I didn't know it was possible to unlock him and Yoritomo in Arcades here. Would've totally play the baddie if I could've - he got some pretty killer combos in the older games."

"Yeah." The inner Crab in him cannot deny that. He agrees with a couple of nods, and tries to vent out, "Gotta have a badass character to be badass. I should have chosen someone else, but Akodo is kind of easier to get the combos worked out."

Looking at the girl once more, he introduces himself, "I'm Kaiu Setsu. Nice to meet you."

He scratches the back of his head and does blush a bit as he replies, "So... you know rumors right. People like to make things seem much more scandalous than they really are."

The man sighs, "I tried to compliment her online, and I guess some zealot fans didn't like my comments and kind of took it in a different perspective."

He forgets about the name asking, for now. The topic was much more interesting, and he wanted to come clean... at least to someone.

[Utaku Yesugen]

"You performed well while dancing," she said. For a compliment, her tone was so bland. At least it was sincere. "And racing. And piloting..." She frowned for a moment then forced herself to her neutral expression, which wasn't so much better. "Here. Take these tickets. You'll be able to buy better with a bigger pool."

[Miya Nishida]

Nishida stood there with his 100 tickets, unsure what to do with them... it wasn't exactly a glorious yield. Should he give them to anyone? No, that would be against his nature,... but there wasn't really anything good for 100 tickets either.

The Crane seemed like a suitable enough person to offload these useless tickets on. Yesugen walked without much fanfare, shark plush tucked underneath one arm. "You performed well while dancing," she said. For a compliment, her tone was so bland. At least it was sincere. "And racing. And piloting..." She frowned for a moment then forced herself to her neutral expression, which wasn't so much better. "Here. Take these tickets. You'll be able to buy better with a bigger pool."

He was honestly surprised to be given the extra tickets, especially from someone he hadn't even met before tonight.

"I'm Asahina Hinata."

He smiled happily as he bowed.

"You've already got what you wanted?"
