[Day 1 ME] Pregaming Under The Dome (Expecting)

[Yūrei]

"Yurei I do, or did, all of those things too. It was before we were friends but I used to have frequent rub ins with local magistrates. Believe it or not I was a bit of a wild child up until a couple years ago." Kazumi took another drink, longer this time.

"Trust me being with you won't hurt my reputation more than what I done in the past has. Besides to Jigoku with em if they want to judge you just because you're ronin. You're a good person, that's what should count."

She pauses for a few moments, then shoots Kazumi a quick, but sincere smile, not her usual cheeky grin
"How did such a trouble making young samurai group up to be so decent? And on the World of Dreams no less? You'll have to tell me your secret one day."
She leans back against the bar nonchalantly and then, when nobody can see, gives Kazumi's hand a thankful squeeze.

"I don't think I'm half as good as that, but I sure won't complain about the compliments."

Kazumi's smile held but a hint of sadness crept in behind the near black eyes. A heavy breath "Not easily Yurei-san but a story for a different time and place if your curiosity persists." They replied squeezing her hand back.

"I have a feeling you're better than you think, but I trust you know yourself better than me." Kazumi said going to take another drink.

"Any plans for the night?" Kazumi asked as they set the glass back down.

[Yūrei]

She raises an eyebrow but doesn't press.
"Another time and place then, when we're both properly drunk so I won't remember it anyway."

Puffing out her cheeks.
"...I was going to be boring and have an early night. Only because I can't remember my last one and I've got a tonne of work lined up tomorrow."
Glancing at Kazumi
"Is this what getting old feels like? I'm not a fan."

Kazumi shrugged "I don't know, you tell me. I'm getting ready to play a set at the Wasp tonight then hang out there until passed midnight." They replied in a tone such that Yurei could hear the smirk behind the mask.

"You're always welcome to join me but I understand if you need your beauty rest."

[Yūrei]

She gently elbows them

"I feel old, I'm not old. This is me at my prime Kazumi-sama, any beauty sleep and I'd just be blinding."
Matching his expression

"Give me a couple days and I'll come to one and dance my age and wisdom away. Who knows, maybe I'll buy you the drinks then."

[Soshi Kazumi]

"You're already difficult to look at sometimes." Kazumi said, lightly laughing at the banter.

"Maybe you will, though buying other people's drinks and other unwise spending is why you burn through koku after a job Rei-chan." Kazumi gently chided half jokingly "and you heater save a dance for after I'm done." Kazumi finished with a quick wink.

"I have a normal budget. 10% clothes, 20% rent, 10% entertainment, 60% food. It's everyone else's fault for making the food part so expensive."
She look around and performs a long reach to grab a bowl of mixed nuts before starting to crunch away.

"I promise, I'll save the best dance until last. Although the show would have to be particularly wild to keep me pumped the whole night. Good thing I know this crazy DJ."

[Soshi Kazumi]

"Yurei-san I promise to show you the wildest night of your life." Kazumi said in a tone that suggested they could be talking about more than music and dancing.

"Also that budget isn't Normal, and you eat more than most people I know. I honestly don't know where you put it all." Kazumi said giving Yurei a quick once over

"The wildest night, neh? There is some stuff competition there, but we'll see how you do."
She sticks her tongue at.

"That budget is totally normal."
Following his gaze, her arms crossed.

"I work out, I run, I jump, I run some more. It's my active life style and hollow legs that permit it. I think maybe you could use a bit more good on your end."

Kazumi chuckles "hey I might surprise you, I work out pretty frequently. You're probably still much better than me but I think I could at least keep up with you."

[Yūrei]

"Maybe I'll have you drag you on a morning run one of these days, although that would involve you being in bed before the sun comes up.

With a contented sigh she finishes her drink and pushes herself off the bar

"Okay, I should keep moving and you got your show to see to. Catch up in a couple days?"

[Soshi Kazumi]

"Make it an afternoon run and you've got a deal. The afternoons are my mornings." Kazumi said amused

Kazumi downed the last of their drink and nodded "yeah probably for the best. It was a pleasure as always Yurei-san. Call me if you need anything." The Scorpion said while standing
