"Then I look forward to cooperating with you this season, Bayushi-san," Seika says with a little nod-slash-bow. "That's the corporate-speak version, at least. A normal person would say, I bet we'll cross paths again. And it'll probably be someplace less sunny." She tosses her head, ruefully amused. "I'm supposed to go to this Soshi Biopharm party tomorrow, so... it's already starting. No rest for the, um, slightly naughty?"

What would that make this Akodo gunso-on-vacation, though? she reflects briefly. Actually, yeah, not much of a wicked vibe on her, is there?

"I haven't really, Akodo-san," she answers Reki's question about showing her pictures. "It's a hobby, mostly. I did some event shoots that went on a planetary news net about a year ago, concerts and stuff, but I haven't had a lot of free time since coming back on to the Flarenet project. I'm better than when I started, but I still have a ways to go before I'm actually good."

"Then, we will have an excellent chance to talk while being slightly or even highly inebriated." The Bayushi replies to Seika. "No rest for any of us, it seems."

"Which sights have you visited so far, Akodo san? Perhaps, Yoritomo sama and I could exhibit the difficulties of life in court while I help both of you to discover the best aspects of the city."

Jun had shot some killer shots and according to him, that would increase his traction. Ono had seriously no idea what the heimin was going on about. He had just landed from an olie and stopped. He looked up to the Celestial Heavens, they had the color of a TV, tuned in to a dead channel. Three drones were passing by. He looked down again. His family mon was formed by the shadows created by the drones. He looked around...

WHo cares?

He reached for his prayer sticks in his satchel and lit up three of them. One he placed on the nearest patch of earth, another he held on each hand, then he started praying.

"I see...I'm not much of a qualified judge when it comes to such things, but I can say you are better at then I am." Reki smiled, a bit more genuine. Maybe if the conversation carried on she could forget her usual interactions with the Mantis involved one party not leaving unscathed.

"Only these islands really, the festival yesterday took up most of my sight seeing." She shrugged, glancing over to the other Scorpion again. "I suppose one could also count the Lion embassy."

[Yoritomo Seika]

"Oh, I think I can handle it, Bayushi-san," Seika says in reply to Senshuken's remark about talking again while inebriated. Grinning with what will turn out to be totally unwarranted self-confidence, she adds, "I doubt a society sake-tasting party holds a candle to a Watanabe corporate retreat--well, in terms of volume, anyway."

She nods and echoes Reki's demurring answer to the question about sightseeing. "Yeah, I haven't seen a lot outside our Clan holding either. And you can practically see that from here." She points one way down the curving island coastline, indicating another island separated from this one by a channel. "Any place you'd recommend to us, Bayushi-san?"

The young courtier takes another look towards the Yogo. Priests and their weirdness!

Her attention returns to the conversation. "Yes, there are numerous places that deserve a visit. The temple of ancestors, for instance," he eyes go to the Lion, "or the Honor's Lesson Dojo. I hear that it is a marvel."

"There is the Horogai Mall, the Wildlife Sanctuary and numerous sake houses, night clubs and oiran houses if someone is more of a night owl. I would highly suggest sampling all the cocktails in the Golden Frog and dance your hearts out in the Wicked Wasp."

" Their something for every taste to cover your needs and wants. It is the World of Dreams, after all." She concludes with a chuckle.

" What would you two prefer to see? I would probably make better suggestions if I knew where your interests lie."

[Akodo Reki]

"Ah, yes I had planned to visit the dojo later today." The Lioness nodded, her eyes shifted to Seki at the mention of the Wicked Wasp. The Usagi yesterday had said it wasn't one of the Mantis's...but the name was suspicious.

"I am not usually a night person. At least one who indulges in the night life." The corner of her mouth twitched slightly in a little smile, "A samurai went to bed early, then, at midnight he would be fresh, rested and ready for any foe who creeped in late hours. As Lord Akodo said in Leadership."

"My preferences? Honestly peace and quiet contemplation would have been my first choice for recreation, but I feel such is wasted on your world. Best to leave once's comfort zone I believe it is called."

[Yogo Ono]

He was done with his prayers and apparently, Heavens have favored him by moving the flying perversions of the natural order apart. There was no shadow Yogo mon anymore. Still Ono was restless, so he got back on his skate and rode it to the temple.

"Jun check with Lady Saiko id she is available today." He ordered his heimin.
