Then, with the very last of her energy she starts accelerating around the corner towards the final stretch to the pier and the fabled ice cream

The final sprint was upon them, but which ronin would take home the ice cream cup?

Yūrei slaps her hand down on the ice cream cart and turns around flushed and panting, startling the proprietor up from a doze in the sun.
"Well if you ever want any tips, there are still a few tricks I didn't teach you."

Grinning, moving arms to the top of her head to take deep breaths
"Guess I've still a bit of speed in my legs yet. Nobody beats me to ordering food."

That being said it's a few more long moments before she catches her breath.

"It might technically be conditioner? It's got a really, really long list of ingredients. I saw it in a shop once, it's 2 bu a bottle! Anything that expensive has to have something going for it."

That was a weekend full of experiences. Very few of them good.

"Mhm....it's...solid? It's...well, it's food which, if you eat, will keep you going for 8 hours, being able to do heavy physical work in a spacesuit with no access to sacks and minimal access to water. So you know. It's a lot. A lot a lot. Like, a lot. And heavy. One proper Firefly meal has as much protein and energy as we ate over a whole week."

Of course being young and poor, healthy and hearty meals were not the norm for the pair.
