[Day 11 EA] Be Cool (Expecting)

[Yūrei]

It's hot outside, very hot. And from what Yūrei has heard it's getting pretty hot in the embassies too. But what's not hot? Mist! (unless something has gone terribly wrong.

The cooling water vapour of the garden mutes the scorching rays and sits pleasantly cool against her skin as she leans up against a tree, ice-cream cone in hand. It's also helping to keep the ronin's temperature down. It's been a busy day already but after this meeting. Well, maybe she could start to relax again.

She eyes the small cooler at her feet with a smile. Yeah, relaxing sounds nice.

"Do I get an ice cream or will I have to steal yours?" She hears Bayushi Senshuken's voice followed by the characteristic 'beep beep beep' of droids making room for her to walk down the nearby paved pathway that leads to where Yurei is standing.

It doesn't take long for the Scorpion to approach and offer a bow. "Blessings of a thousand fortunes, Yurei san!" She greets the other woman cheerfully. "Did you know that there is a forune protecting... nearly everything? I recently learnt that there is one for knots, for instance. What flavor did the fortune of ice creams blessed you with today? And how about the fortune of 'good luck in your endeavors, no matter how shady they are'? Did you receive such blessings these past few days, I wonder."

With a raised eyebrow
"Well, I hope you haven't been knotty, but I've been blessed with cookies and cream as well as say, the flavours of some certain hidden shipping manifests? Those taste like money."

The Bayushi takes a look inside the cool and picks an ice cream. "That's my favorite flavor this season." She says with a wink and leaves her backpack in front of the other woman's feet.

She looks at her ice cream and then back at Yurei. "There's a black Bayushi Ironworks T250 parked in 345C in the parking lot at Kachiko's Eyes street. The car is yours for today. It's contents are yours period. Just make sure that you have it back at the rental agency by tomorrow noon. The paperwork is inside. It is rented under my name, pleeeease, don't do anything I wouldn't." She winks and spreads her hand waiting for the stick.
