The second roll should have succeeded though: Athletics is a School Skill and so benefits from +4 from Shinjo 1.

Ah, but on second look, I think TN35 is actually correct. Hide rolled mountains, so it was contested (TN25), and then 2CR.

Should be TN30 instead of 35, still fails.

I see that I've actually second-guessed myself here for some reason. 2 called raises at TN25 are actually very much TN35.

So, TN should be 35 instead of 30. With Shinjo 1, would be 33 and would still be a fail. Sorry. Roll still stands.
