Info.scr
Info.scr contains news and public announcements. Weather information, selected news, Imperial broadcasts as well as low level political information can be found within this intranet. To access this information character needs to have an access to any of the news consoles in the city - including computers in public spaces and hotel rooms. However without hacking the system they can only access the same information as the general public can.

Would terminals at the embassy have access to Info.scr? As it seems to be the public channel on WoD?

Nope. There's nothing about this, because there's no rules we are enforcing this time. Confusing, possibly. But also more fun for players. You an use you xp as you wish.

You get the XP on D4, purchases take effect D5.

The location description of the Slums state the following:

Should you fail a roll on which you called Raises, please let the GM's know. While snooping around might not cause immediate problems, there is a small chance that someone will take notice and use the information in one way or another. While the thugs and mobsters hold few loyalties, they are keenly aware of the current political situation and thus Crane, Mantis and Spider samurai have a higher risk of ending up being mugged or worse should the underworld informants find a reason to doubt their motives.

Is it possibly to avoid that scrutiny/level of danger by using Acting to disguise oneself as someone not belonging to those three clans (either a ronin, or another clan)?

Reposting since I think it got missed the first time.

Mostly asking in case Spider head into Slums to hire ronin for Heists.
