[D6 ME] The Concert
The Wicked Wasp was as packed as it could be for the night, with plenty of samurai filling in to see the show. Low music was playing already as the final tests of the sound systems were happening. Scorpion security is present in numbers with few ronin guards hanging outside, more a token than anything else. The security would check everyone's ID, turning away anyone and everyone called Kaiu Setsu, much to the dismay of one young trade patron who had no idea why his name had been circulating around the city as much as it had.

OOC: Anyone posting here can assume to have been at the show from the start as it begins. Performances will be posted in The Stage, with a link to them in this thread. Feel free to mingle and roleplay as the concert is happening.

[Hotaru Jun]

Someone had told Jun there was such a thing as fashonably late. Jun didn't believe in it. He managed to be on eof the first of the crowd in the door, mostly becasue it meant he could hopefully find an out of the way corner and claim it before things got too busy. Or with even more luck a table.

Which he managed to secure. Sure it didn't have the best view of the stage, but he'd have to be near the front of things to see anyways and being crushed in that sort of crowd was something he'd prefer to avoid. Settlign into his seat, he punched in an order for a shochu on the rocks and waited for his order to arrive and the show to start.

[Usagi Rei]

Rei wasn't that involved in the setup, but there were still a few things to see to. And, of course, the performers he wanted to see, the promises he'd made. For all those reasons and more, he was definitely going to be there.

And so, he was there in the crowd, also with a shochu on the rocks, as it happened. He gave a nod and a smile to Jun, turning to face the stage as Kazumi began their set. He didn't cheer, but his smile definitely grew as he enjoyed the music and the atmosphere.

Soshi Kazumi, also known as Moonshade to the locals, was the first act of the evening!!

Walking up to Rei, drink in hand, she'd seen him earlier and so she didn't feel like dredging that back up. Still, she passes up next to him enough for a quick, "Enjoy the show, Usagi-sama," and then parts ways again off toward one of the tables near the windows. It wasn't likely they were going to be moved, or uprooted if that were the case, as the windows were a structural weak-point for overly large crowds as it were. So, she took the enjoyment of that and found herself a seat with a empty chair opposite.

Toasting that empty chair she takes a sip, to the strange circumstances that got her here to this very concert. Then, she sat to wait and enjoy the music as much as the show while waiting for one in particular. Even if Kazumi was another name she was quite interested in there was a particular bias she had to satisfy.

[Hotaru Sakura]

A well dressed clan samurai enetered the establishment with bold gold lipstick and matching eyeshadow, and a ginormous grin on her face.

For now, she saw some famikiar faces. Rei was looking good, and she flashed him a wave, and a quick text. "Looking good <3".

With a break coming up, she moved away from the stage towards the bar to grab something to drink.

"Enjoy the show, Usagi-sama,"

"You too, Kuni-san." Rei said as she passed by, giving her a smile. No playfulness, not for her. But he meant it.

For now, she saw some familiar faces. Rei was looking good, and she flashed him a wave, and a quick text. "Looking good <3".

Smiling, Rei waved back. His communicator chimed; as he checked it, smile became smirk. He looked back to Sakura, raising his glass to her, still smirking, before writing back.

Sakura smirked, stood to the side, and took a selfie, gold make up up front, a teasing smirk on her face, and sent it.

The Detective and Kiyoshi were sitting close to the stage. The Fox sipped on a cocktail.

Seeing someone familiarish from the embassy, Sakura tentatively approached him. Is it true he was rhe famous actor?!

"Greetings Kitsune-sama. Enjoying the show?"

"Hai, Hotaru-san. We expect it to be spectacular. Would you like to join us?"

"Erm...only if not bothering?"

She eyed the monkey and daintily sat next to them. "How is Kitsune-sama finding court so far?"

Sakura smirked, stood to the side, and took a selfie, gold make up up front, a teasing smirk on her face, and sent it.

Well, Rei was going to have to respond to that.

A minute or two later, and Sakura would receive an image of Rei. Smirking confidently, managing to look stylish despite taking a selfie, a tiny bit of his chest exposed by his shirt... the man definitely knew how to take a selfie.

"It has been a pleasant visit so far. There's so much to do here." he smiled. "What about you?"

"It's my first proper court experience, and it's been lovely so far. I amnahed tonmeet a lot of great people." She cast her eyes down shyly.

"Kitsune-sama..." she hesitated for a second. "I really loved Kitsune-sama's work...may I ask for a photo, perhaps? To shiw my friend?"

"Oh, sure. Of course." He agreed, sitting up straighter and straightening his clothing a bit. He was wearing a classic The Detective and the Mystery 5 t-shirt.

Sakura sat closer, Kiyoshi might recognize thw scent of the Kitsune brand Tail 9 perfume on her, as she sat closer.

Raising her communciator, she opened it and was met with the hot picture of one Rei.

"Oh, erm...he is just a friend. He wanted my opinion on his costume for tonight. I'll reply later."

She flicked through the apps to get to camera, and tokk a smiling picture of the three of them, and fired itnoff to Yurei.

"Arigatou!!" Shesqueed.

"Kitsune-sama is quite generous. And The Detective-sama as well." She bowed towards the monkey as well.

"May I buy the next round for Kitsune-sama as thanks?"

"Only if I can buy us the next round." He smiled. "I wouldn't want Usagi-sama to think I wasn't taking good care of his friend."

[Hotaru Sakura]

"S-sure" she replied nervously, blushing. She went to the bar to get his preferred beverage,and one for her own.

"Is Kitsune-sama working on somethig new nowadays?" She raised her hand to her mouth. :Gomen, Kitsune-sama must not have come to a concert to talk about work."

At the shout of "Drop!", Asahina Hinata jumped onto the stage!

"It's alright." he assured her. "I'm not really working on anything at the moment. We're waiting to see what the next Detective series might be. I've done a few small concerts, but I'm not sure how much I want to expand that yet."
