"I'm just being on my best behavior in front of Miss fancy pants." He let out a fake sigh. "Can't just go cursing and carrying on like
I normally would."

"Why not? It suited me fine before... most of it anyway."

Seika's lips quirk.

"You know, I totally should've known trouble would walk in on me on the World of Dreams. That's always where it happens in the movies. Always."

That caused Jun to chuckle. "it'd fit the scene just perfectly if you were sitting at a desk with a old hat on." He offered with a grin. "Then I could stroll right in and bat my eyelashes at you."

"That's how it's done right?" He paused thoughtfully. "I'd need some sort of sob story to feed you too."

[Yoritomo Seika]

"Don't you have one already? A wandering spaceman, grounded in a planetary gravity well with no place to go..." Seika strikes a tragic expression, one hand over her heart. "... recently shot from behind to boot."

After all, Jun, like Seika, had been eliminated in the pretend battle royale just a few minutes ago.

He shook his head stifling his laugh. "You know you might be right about that."

His eyes moved to match Seika's, and his tone turned a bit planative. "Are... you willing to listen to it Yoritomo-sama?" He asked imploringly as he attempted to give Seika the best puppy gof look he could.

"It would mean so very much to me."

"Hmm." Seika feigns looking cold and detached, not very well. "I might have time... for those eyes."

Jun chuckled at that he couldn't help it. "Sounds like we got plans then." He said with a shake of hsi head.
