[Kaiu Setsu]

"I rather instruct someone else. If you want to take pointers from a Crab, I can make the best castle builder around these parts." He mentions with a shrug.

[Susumu Sumiko]

"Is that an offer Kaiu-sama? You would teach me how to create the greatest sandcastles?" She sipped on her milkshake "perhaps a joint effort to create something spectacular."

[Kaiu Setsu]

"Well, me and my tongue. I meant it figuratively when I said you. But, a samurai keeps his word, even to his opponents, like the Spider you are." He says looking at her with hi head held up and narrowed eyes. "I'll have fun destroying what you'll build with my instructions... afterwards."

[Susumu Sumiko]

"If we build it together it's not what I built, it's what we built though right?" Sumiko grinned "however I understand. I should say though, I don't consider you the enemy Kaiu-sama. You don't need to look at my mon, you can always just look at my face."

[Kaiu Setsu]

"Can't argue it is a much better view." He says with a shrug.

[Susumu Sumiko]

"If it makes you more comfortable, you can call me Sumiko instead as well" Sumiko picked up her milkshake again "see, there are easy ways around every issue."

[Kaiu Setsu]

"I have to be blunt here. Can't call you by your given name with more people around. Wouldn't be polite." He warns, "But if you want me to call you like that. II can try not to be too formal."

[Susumu Sumiko]

"Courtesy would say that permission given makes that acceptable, but I would not force it upon you" Sumiko lowered her head respectfully "my apology Kaiu-sama."

[Kaiu Setsu]

He dismisses that with a blow of air that is nearly a snort, “No need to apologize for that. We are cool, even if our Clans are adversaries.”

With a sigh, Setsu mentions, “I just hope you pick a good not so hot day.”

[Susumu Sumiko]

"I'll keep an eye on the weather, but it seems like winter here is warm winter rather than cold rainy winter. Hm...how about in 3 days? It'll be further into winter at that point, and should be colder right?" Sumiko suggested, sipping her milkshake again "seems logical to me."

[Kaiu Setsu]

“Fair enough. Thanks for the coffee, and the chat… Sumiko-san.” He provides a departing bow.

Sumiko smiled.

"Thank you for the lovely evening. See you soon!" she bowed to the man and let him leave, happy to stay until she finished her milkshake.
