Nope. You look different, but you still look creepy. Mask of Wind is 'Really good Make-up kit' on a spell. But if make-up could remove specific Disadvantage, then everyone would use few Bu for free points and I don't think that's the idea.

I mean, you can make one up. Sadly, we don't really have time to run random NPC merchants for you guys - at least in this point of the game. We are trying to maintain our sanity for the endgame where plots start to roll and that means not spending 6 hours on the forum every day.

Heylo.

I find myself under a different impression than most, and due to my belief in the validity of it I thought I would ask! My impression is such that when a Clan Samurai hires a Ronin before a Heist, and thus is funding said Heist, that the exchange of the information does not proc a roll via the Scorpion monitors.

As there is technically no "sale" taking place.

However, others I have spoken with have the impression that there is always a roll at the exchange!

And, as I am not entirely sure where I gathered this impression from. I figured it best that I ask which is correct. Thank you for your time.
