Time Slots

The following are the time slots that we will be using during this game. As World of Dreams turns around itself in around 24 Rokugani hours, for the purposes of this game a day on the planet is divided into 12 distinct two hour slots.

Please use the following tags when creating threads to properly designate the time slot in which the thread is taking place. Threads that take place in time slots that do not exist will be cast into a black hole, never to be seen again.

Your character may only have one thread per time slot per day.

• Early Morning - Dawn
• Mid Morning - Sunrise proper
• Late Morning
• Early Afternoon
• Mid Afternoon
• Late Afternoon
• Early Evening
• Mid Evening - Dusk
• Late Evening - Sunset proper
• Early Night - Dark
• Midnight - Dark
• Late Night - Dark

In order to recover Void Points and avoid becoming fatigued, a character will have to sleep for four consecutive time slots. Characters with the Cursed by the Realms (Yume-do) disadvantage will need to sleep for five consecutive time slots to recover Void Points and avoid becoming fatigued, while those with Touch of the Spirit Realms (Yume-do) advantage will only need to sleep for three time slots.

Meditation and tea ceremony
Character may spend a time slot to meditate and or take part to tea ceremony - however for the sake of clarity this should take majority of the time slot. It should be noted that character cannot meditate of perform tea ceremony during an event slot.

Sessions

For the purposes of this game, a "session" will consist of the period of time between xp rewards, typically nine Real Life days.

Session 1: Game days 1-3
Session 2: Game days 4-6
Session 3: Game days 7-9
Session 4: game days 10-12

After each session each character gains 3 experience points (xp). A ronin character that performed at least a single heist during a session and survived (alive) gains an additional point of experience regardless of whether they succeeded or not.
