That actually made Rei laugh. "Well, I don't think I'd call her nice. But she's... special." He looked at Sakura. "I'm quite certain you'd like her, though." He said, carefully not looking at her monitor.

"Tea sounds lovely." Rei sat back in his chair. "And yes, it's a good idea to freshen up a bit before tonight's party. They can definitely get a bit wild." He brushed a hand across his face. "You want to be alert for it, trust me."

[Hotaru Sakura]

Sakura giggled." She sure is something." She smiled, then got up. "How about some nice black tea? Just let me borrow Tsuyo-sama's new tea set. Just don't break it!"

She brought out the Yume-Do themed tea set, and poured what the Minor Clans laughingly called tea...some kind of Crab black tea derivative, maybe?

It was mildly effectie.

Rei watched, smiling, remaining still as Sakura performed the little ceremony.

"Thank you, Sakura-san." He said warmly, picking up his cup with both hands. In fact, he felt so moved as to give a tiny seated bow. "That was very well done. I'm actually touched."

He paused a moment, sipping his tea. Then he frowned. ""Ah... you have a victory dinner with the Lord Magistrate coming up, don't you? When is that?"
