Lord magistrate of Kyuden Oborozuki sat in the baths without his mask, his towel resting on his head. He looked relaxed with a content smile on his lips, much akin to the status of Hotei. When one looked closer, one could spy several reddish bite marks on his chest and his belly - Mineichi had had seemingly a rather pleasant evening, the bite marks possibly explaining his rather blissful expression.

The previous day had been a trying one for Kiyoshi. Events had worn him down, mentally, physically and spiritually. Sleep had been fitful, filled with dancing monkeys and dangerous gaki. As reluctant as he was to leave the Detective at the embassy, the Kitsune needed a few moments of peace and relaxation.

He quietly slipped into the water, not wanting to disturb the other occupant. Placing his towel on his head, he sat back and closed his eyes, sighing happily.

Mineichi nodded at the new arrival, remaining quiet as he assumed that he wanted to enjoy the bath in silence.

After a few minutes of peace had passed, the Kitsune looked over at the other man.

"Pardon me, I think I'll order some refreshments. Would you care for anything?"

"Mhm, oh. Some beer, if you would not mind?" Mineichi replied, smiling still. "Samurai-san is kind." he added, not quite sure who would be paying for his order.

A flick of his wrist and a round of beers was ordered.

"Not at all, samurai-sama. Luxuries like this should be shared. I am Kitsune Kiyoshi, by the way."

"Ah, I think I may have heard of you. Something about serial plays? Detective stories, maybe?" With the Scorpion not having access to Fox shows, Mineichi had to go with what his customs agents had told him. Several celebrities had arrived earlier this month, Mineichi making sure they were all 'observed' for 'safety reason'.

"Bayushi Mineichi." he introduced himself, huffing softly. "You might have seen me hanging around." Mineichi was referring to the large propaganda posters scattered across the city that bore his face.

He dipped his head low. "It is an honor to meet you, Bayushi-sama. It's a mystery adventure series produced by a Minir Clan studio."

"Mhmh." Mineichi nodded, glancing behind his back to see if their drinks would be arriving. "A roaring success then?" he asked, tilting his head to the side even as he eyed the Fox samurai.

"It's lasted in one form or another for several years." he nodded. As the drinks arrived, he waited for the Scorpion to be served, then accepted his.

"Really now. So you had to start acting pretty young then?" He looked pretty young, so Mineichi's assumption seemed reasonable. "Or did you step in later?" Mineichi asked, accepting his beer with a nod. "Hectic way to serve your lord, for what I have heard. Long days."

"Very young." he nodded."I didn't really notice how long the days were at first. It was all a big adventure. Now, it all seems routine."

"I can only imagine. Popularity had to be weird for one so young, no?"

"I think so." he nodded. "It's all I knew, really. I only had my childhood on Inari's Cradle to compare it to. It was vastly different, but everything off-world was."

"Oh, you got to travel early too? Where was your show shot then?"

"There were a few different locations in Minor Clan holdings, mostly belonging to the Hare." he explained. "I'm a little surprised we never came here."

"Huh. So it was not just a Fox project then?" Mineichi asked, sounding a little surprised.

"Among other things, the show emphasized the unity of the Minor Clans." he explained. "A band of young samurai on tour, working together to solve local problems."

"Mhmhm. I suppose you had quite a few of such projects going. Though, were Shark involved? They do work for the Mantis, no?" Strictly speaking, the Shark worked for Scorpion, indebted as the poor minor clan was.

"Honestly, I'm not sure of the production specifics." he admitted. "But, only the Sparrow weren't represented on the show."
