Everything [Day 7, EN, Closed]

[Kuni Koyuki]

Entering the elevator alone Koyuki found a certain kind of silence. Sounds, gentle as they were, of the elevator bringing her up toward the appropriate floor were all that accompanied her. Having left the party a touch early she couldn't keep going over a whole host of possibilities. She'd like to tell herself they were good, or well intentioned. She'd like to tell herself she was focusing on what she had right in front of her, what she was going to go remind herself of right now.

They weren't though. From the moment you saw them on the dancefloor it spiked just enough anxiety didn't it, that fear. Suddenly this is all starting to feel too real again. Toying around with this idea that you might be something more than just someone who was abandoned because the one person you cared most about didn't care enough about you, wouldn't do what you would have done. You were suddenly realizing this idea that Moriko was even on this planet was absolutely and truly mad. Realizing that even if she was you wouldn't have the grit to go through with it. Cause that's all you are in the end, isn't it? Just like her. You're a coward.

Elevator doors open to a long hall with no other living beings in sight. Opulence lined these beautiful halls, and it certainly reminded ever step of the way just how far above this place was from everyone and everything else. Finding her way to the familiar door she sighs, breathes in deep, and sends that same old message.

Yakumo was still in the middle of getting out of her costume for the night, which meant the nail-guards had gone first, and then the mask. Her black hair had just been let down from its intricate chignon when the message pinged in.

The evening had been... intense. She just hoped Koyuki wouldn't make it more intense. In the bad kind of way. She didn't mind the good intense.

Opening the door, her billowy sleeves made a sweeping motion along with her arm. "Heya, come in," her makeup was still in place from the party, making her seem a lot more alluring than she already was. Still, the warm smile that greeted Koyuki was probably much more interesting to the Kuni. "Hungry? I could order something up."

From the moment of the elevator she'd been fighting it down, with some self-same hope that Yakumo certainly had. Not that Koyuki would have ever known. It didn't matter though, cause when Yakumo opens the door Koyuki's lip twitches up like she malfunctioned slightly and couldn't actually complete a full smile. Presence yet there Koyuki takes one second to look at her and nods, stepping in.

"Hello," she says, affection resting in her tone. "Yea. I would like that." Putting up a small mile, a little forced, she steps closer so that she can put her hands on each of Yakumo's arms. Holding her gently there as she just looks her over. Just recognizing the woman standing in front of her right now, the one who addressed her with such ease, and half reminding herself that this was real. Which was perhaps a fear she didn't realize she had before she'd soothed it.

Eyes searching up to meet her own, there was the unspoken question. How are you doing?

Yakumo stopped mid-turn as she felt Koyuki's hands on her arms, and she instead turned back, facing the Kuni with a curious expression. Then as the silence lingered, violet eyes looked her over with some concert, until she was finally able to figure out Koyuki's own expressions. "Were you worried about me tonight?" while there was a soft chuckle accompanying those words, there was also a gentleness to them.

Shifting her arms allowed her to reach up and find Koyuki's hands, strong and reassuring ones compared to her own miscolored and delicate hands. "I'm fine. I was a bit scared, but I'm fine."

Squeezing her hold on the other woman Koyuki's gaze just lingers for a moment in that. Time passing like a gentle breath following all that today entailed. Smiling ever so slightly, like it was fighting for it's own survival among her various expressions she says, "Yes, you are."

Finding that gaze she closes her eyes and leans her head forward into Yakumo's. Touching foreheads there in that breath of a moment. Just feeling herself there against Yakumo with a gentleness to the moment. No pressure, just the gentle leaning of connection between them for a moment. Not something that she should have done with the face-paint but things that were necessary rarely came at the optimal time. Breathing in a fresh lung full of air on a calm breath she holds it to settle.

"You should be scared," she says, with all the softness she can muster. Keeping herself strong, she avoids her voice shaking when she says, "It'll keep you alive."

Leaning her head back she looks over her once more, the beautiful decor that she wore to accentuate all that she already had. Pull at the corner of her mouth to a half-smile she adds, "The Twilight Princess?" amused, her raises her brow in the question.

"Doesn't it suit me?" Yakumo giggled, unable to resist the urge to flounce her billowy sleeves once more. But Koyuki had only successfully distracted her for a short while.

"... What do you mean I should be scared?" her voice lowered a little with concern. It was quick how she could switch from being an airheaded diva to a serious person. "Did you find something... bad?"

There had been signs of the same tonight as the last time, but she waited for Koyuki to first tell her what they had found.

"Not quite," she grimaces, quick head shake. "Not necessarily. Still need to look into it more.." she says, taking her hands free and bringing them up to grace Yakumo's face. Fingers curled in toward her palms her nails brush gently over Yakumo's cheeks before settling and framing her there.

"I'll tell you more, I promise. After we get comfortable. For now.." she looks her over, just taking the the sight more. Not quite capable of getting enough she has to decide herself when to stop. "It does suit you. Most beautiful person in that room tonight.. May I treat you like a princess?" she asks, hands shifting down from her cheeks and laying on each shoulder. Burning warmth of her cheeks hidden beneath that white paint.

Yakumo caught the grimace, and then the avoidance of the topic. For now. Her hands followed after Koyuki's, cupping over them gently with the short nails brushing over the back of her hands.

She obliged, dropping the subject for now. "Hey, I am a princess," a wry smile formed on her pretty face, "you may always treat me like one. Though you kind of already do treat me like a princess, you know."

"You are. I do," she says, that not-smile smile she did exuding warmth in her own way. Moving her own hand to guide Yakumo's up toward her lips, planting a kiss on the back of it. Holding it in that place for a moment as if to give every little action additional respect and presence. Stepping more to Yakumo's side she moves her hands around. One laying first softly and then firmly, meeting those violet eyes. Sort of gaze that implies intention, inspires and asks for trust. With decisive movements that were as delicate as she could make them Koyuki lifts her off her feet into a proper princess carry. Making sure to shift her weight in arm for maximum achievable comfort. Giving Yakumo time and space to sling her arm around her.

"No more walking tonight. Your feet deserve the rest" she says, half chuckle playing breathily from the exertion it was. Looking about the room with the manner of a woman waiting to be directed.

There was a brief and awkward moment of wait we're actually doing this? as Koyuki moved Yakumo around to carry her, but she was quick enough to catch on and slung one arm around Koyuki, which then linked to her other hand, so she was able to hold onto the Crab woman fairly well.

"I don't think I've ever been carried like this," she giggled, greatly amused by it, "and thought it only happened in movies and some serials." Judging by her tone however, Yakumo seemed to be enjoying it quite a lot.

For such a tall woman, she was surprisingly lithe, as if there was a hidden fragility behind the sensual facade and fine clothes. "My muse has now also become my hero, carrying me like I was a princess. You spoil me."

Was impossible to think of anything else other than that giggle, even the fact that this was quite the novel thing for them both. Holding her there, lighter than appearance she might have been- but the way she was lifted might suggest Koyuki had gauged her actual weight a touch accurately. Still, nothing was ever super perfect doing it the first time so she slowly makes a few adjustments to ensure her hold is good and firm. Standing with it, feeling it out, and making sure she was perfect.

Turning her attention to Yakumo she smiles with closed lips, regarding her expression there in her arms. "You are quick to catch on, princess. Have you ever tried to write your own serial? Now may be a good time to try. Your hero needs herself a direction in the story, a path to follow," she says with a touch more air than she seems capable of. Playing into it with some fought for flair. Walking Yakumo deeper into the apartment aimlessly until she is granted such a direction.

"Ahhh, hmmmm," think quickly! "Bedroom first!" Yakumo released the arm that was not around Koyuki's neck, hurriedly pointing her in the right direction. Step one would be to undress properly and slip into something comfortable. She wasn't going to do her skincare routine while stile wearing expensive fashion after all!

"Do you need to borrow some pajamas? The hotel comes with some complimentary ones but I don't use them myself..." she asked, already plotting out how to go through her evening routines with Koyuki here. Maybe she'd need help taking off the Kuni-paint too...?

Leading the way with the tip of her finger Yakumo was in control. Koyuki sweeping her about with bigger turns, very careful to make sure the space was clear because there was no faster way to end a bit of fun than smashing her into something. Marching off toward the bathroom she considers for a moment what she imagined complimentary pajama's might look like and-

"I am curious. Complimentary pajama's sound.." she knit her brow, shifting around a wonderfully decorative statue, admitting instead cause it was easier, "Never been anywhere that has complimentary pajama's before. I tend to sleep without. Sheets are more comfortable against the skin that way," she says, turning to the side and sweeping herself and Yakumo through the doorway leading into the bedroom.

Eyebrows were raised as violet eyes assessed Koyuki in a new light now that it was known she was someone to sleep in the nude.

"Yeah, but you're not going to lounge around naked and eat pizza, right?" Yakumo asked, her grin teasing Koyuki. As they reached the bedroom, with its mirror-covered closets, ler long legs shifted enough to let her Hero know she wanted to be placed back down. It would be hard to get undressed while being carried after all.

"Fancy hotels tend to give a bunch of complimentary items to guests; toothbrush, shampoo, towels, bathrobes, pajamas... usual stuff you might need that you might've forgotten or not thought to pack."

"I would be in my undergarments," she says, half teasing. Moving as close to the ultimate destination as possible she finds a good space and gently lays her Princess down upon her feet once more. Not quite letting her walk right off however. With hands still on her she pulls in close not-quite burying her head against Yakumo's own from behind, not wishing to sully such beautiful hair. Arms wrapping around to cage her in before gently squeezing her with all the warmth therein. Satisfied she exhales softly and lets her go as if there was not this brief interruption to the thin veneer of a fantasy put upon the moment.

Looking around at the room, the assortment of mirrors and all the associated pieces that made up a space put together specifically for the purpose of aiding in putting oneself together. It wasn't a surprise, but it was certainly a casual reminder of just how different she was from this life. Though, she'd made a career out of doing that very thing before. Setting foot into uncharted and unfamiliar territory, she'd gotten quite good at it. It's why she was where she was today.

"Your experience with fancy hotels outweighs mine considerably. I will have to deal with this," she says, coming more into view near Yakumo's side. Hand indicating her face, the face-paint she wore. "Better sooner than later. Growing a little tired of how permissive it is not. I have all I need," she says, tugging at a strap tight around her shoulder and sliding her little satchel forward which only contained her supplies for the putting on and removal of her face-paint.

"My, how scandalous," she teased at such carefree attitude as to lounge around in her suite wearing nothing but underwear. Then she remembered that Koyuki's choice of undergarments was not terribly exciting - the woman was though, very much. As Koyuki held her there in her arms, Yakumo sighed warmly, enjoying the moment like this.

The room was kept pretty tidy. An ikebana arrangement was on the nightstand, next to it was a lacquered box of sorts. Maybe something that Yakumo used for some jewelry, or other small things. Its mysteries were closed away for now. The nightstand itself had drawers as well, that were also closed.

Each floor-to-ceiling length mirror could be pushed to the side to access the wardrobe, where Yakumo kept most of her clothes hanging on the racks. The casual clothes were folded onto the shelves there instead, though on the end of the racks was the hotel-issued bathrobes and silk pajamas, along with pairs of fluffy slippers to loaf around in.

"Mm, well, when you're the star the Imperials are showing off they book you into some nice hotels. And I really do appriciate having my own space to relax in." Especially since this one also came with such a nice bath too. "Ah, you mean... taking off makeup, yes?" Yakumo pieced together when Koyuki meant, the words and the body language. "That was my plan! We'll get out of our clothes, put on something more comfortable and get off... all of this," she made a gesture at her own face, "and then we can eat something... yes? How does that sound?"

"Clothes first then. As my princess demands," she says, the teasing of it noticeable just underneath her tone. Slipping both of her hands on either side of Yakumo's waist. Shifting alongside her to arrive at her front. Facing her, meeting her eyes with the lightest smile one might have thought possible. Holding that gaze for a few moments just relishing in the opportunity to be able to do so. Leaning in with intent in that gaze meeting her lips and kissing her bottom lip. Holding for a moment with a gentle sway forward and back with the back using momentum to pull them apart again.

Lingering in the post-kiss warmth she calms a little further. Nefarious intent revealing itself in her eyes Koyuki's hands drift up along Yakumo's sides, "As I understand it proper princess' rarely dress or undress themselves don't they? Having, normally, a whole host of servants to do it for them," her nails drag pleasantly back down more toward her back and finding the connection point for the sash Yakumo had around her waist. "You will just have to do with the one. Hope you will forgive me for this failure to get you everything you deserve," she says, with nothing apologetic about her tone.

Smiles were reflected at each other, which from Yakumo widened more with a few small laughs, as she was trying to cooperate with her "handmaiden's" assistance. "Really? Wow, then I must have really missed out on claiming a princess title for myself... to think I could've had someone to do the tedious work of dressing and undressing for me all this time..."

Feeling Koyuki's fingers around her waist as she found the knot of the sash, she had to hold back another laugh. "You are very sweet, so I will be compassionate and forgive you." Yakumo reached out and brushed some of Koyuki's hair back, tucking some of those dark locks behind her ear. "Lucky me that I only need you, since you are the best."

Moving her head in response to the touch, opening herself up to more easily allow Yakumo to brush her hair back behind her ear. Getting a good grip on the sash before she finally lets it come undone to quickly throw it off toward the bed without any real care for where it would actually land. Laying just her fingertips against her lower back, brushing up her back with slow intentional tenderness. Fighting back the stir in her chest that such words had caused in her, to be the best would require a lot of things she certainly didn't feel she'd had. Yet, how could she disagree with the woman before her.

"Your compassion is unmatched." Fingers traveling as far as they can she slips her arms under, and then back over to lay her hands on each shoulder. Finding the edge of the dress with her index and thumb on one hand. Traveling along the hem that kept the dress wrapped around and tucked together with a gentle tug so it'd fall apart more on the part of gravity than her effort. Just a gentle guide toward where it was always meant to be.

Another content sigh as the fabric rustled and slipped back off her tall but elegant frame. The layers underneath would be much easier to undo, as instead of a sash they were tied with strings on the side. Underneath that, her undergarments were of the more exciting kind, with pretty lace and soft silks.

"When you were young, did you imagine what would be like to be a princess? Have people wait on you like this, sleep in the finest beds, wear the finest clothes?" there was a dreamy-like quality to her tone, as if she was sharing with memories from when she was younger herself.

An empty hanger for the outfit was easy to find, as it was already on the bed from where Yakumo had left it when she first got dressed.
