[D3, LE] Metal is the Law (Open)

[Kaiu Setsu]

With his new pair of headphones, Setsu goes to his favorite spot in the World of Dreams to get creative and check the sunset. He tries to listen to something new that was inspired in something old. As predicted, the eventual headbang does occur in the rhythm of the machinery working at the distance.

[Bayushi Ryuhei]

Looking for some metal inspirations, Ryuhei ventured into this temple of metal that was even allegedly cursed! Industrial vapours and noises set him in perversely good mood as he found some dirty, stuffy rhythms in it, antithetic to his usual metal of freedom and open spaces. This was exactly a field of adversity upon which he should be unleashing his metal law!

He was about to unpack his power fiddle when he noticed a headbanger! So there was a potential audience, good!

[Kaiu Setsu]

Noticing the figure approaching, Setsu takes out his headphones and nods. "Hey, you're that dude from the oshidama game. Good match!"

[Bayushi Ryuhei]

"Oh, thanks! We didn't win tho. Got some beer out of the effort, so it's good enough!" The man nodded back. "You enjoyed the whole thing?"

[Kaiu Setsu]

"Ha! I won the chance to humiliate myself and a fellow celebrity." He mentions with a grin. "The company was enjoyable, as much as I dislike sand."

[Bayushi Ryuhei]

"You'd rather pick a humid jungle? I don't recommend." The man laughed. "It's Bayushi Ryuhei, once a Moto, actually. And it's not really a humiliation if it was fun."

[Kaiu Setsu]

"Yeah... I rather stay in the nice and dry barren hilltop." He laughs and provides a bow, "Kaiu Setsu, KHII's Chief Engineer, and yes, I had fun. Glad to meet you."

[Bayushi Ryuhei]

"Same." Feeling obliged to present himself better, he produced his morin khuur. "I play this for life. You've been listening to something. Knew a few Kaiu who're into metal. Are you?"

[Kaiu Setsu]

"Fuck yeah I'm into metal." He grins with glaring eyes. "I'm a Kaiu heavy metal fucking Chief Engineer that creates instruments of mass destruction."

[Bayushi Ryuhei]

"While I create chords of mass destruction." The man grinned devilishly and started plugging in his axe. "Wanna hear?"

[Kaiu Setsu]

"Hit me!" He says, and then rethinks, looking at the once Moto, "I mean, with the song. Not really hit me, hit me. Like, in the face or something."

[Bayushi Ryuhei]

"I'm gonna hit you with the power of metal. It's felling enough!"

Once everything was plugged in, he began with a slow into that quickly changed into an instrumental gunfire, and then the lyrics followed in the same fast and furious fashion.

And a violent high-to-low pitched power morin khuur solo followed!

"Sing it, man!" Ryuhei invited the Crab to join him for the refrain.

[Kaiu Setsu]

Sing?

Fuck.

Setsu says, "No, Kami. Please, no." As it plays in his mind.

[Bayushi Ryuhei]

That rejection didn't give Ryuhei much of a pause; he continued himself until the natural end of the piece.

"Yeah, so that's my metal." He said heaving slightly. "Something from my album."

[Kaiu Setsu]

"It is amazing. I really like it!" He says, nodding. "I just wouldn't ruin it with me singing. So cool that a lot of artists are around. You should definitely get it played at an event or something. A heavy metal event. That would be awesome. "

[Bayushi Ryuhei]

"Need to find the right event, for sure!" Ryuhei agreed. He didn't want to raise contention against the genres most popular around. "What other artists do you think of? Someone I could be on the same page with notes with?"

[Kaiu Setsu]

"I've met Susumu Yakumo-san and Kitsune Kiyoshu-san that are really famous –– from what I know. I am unsure they would have the same musical vibe. Kitsune-san maybe." Rubbing his chin, he adds, "There are some really rad-looking Scorpion, like Bayushi Mariko-san and a Soshi I forgot the name."

Looking at the machines working down below, something else occurs into his mind. A plan for the near future. He mentions, "What if you had a real heavy metal band. As in actual robots playing with you, somehow?"
