He answered Kimurahime in kind, nodding his head before looking again to the Golden one before them. His head tilted slightly, the smile firmly affixed, promising more than just simple pleasantries.

"What do you say we get away from these masks, and seize the night for ourselves?" Yuji's eyes fell to that Golden mask, "And get to know each other a little better?"

The Golden Mask's attention was still very much squarely on them as they talked about her, taking a few small sips of her drink.

"I wouldn't be opposed to that wonderful idea." She favoured them with a warm smile. "The party here has a wonderful atmosphere and the hospitality is unmatched but I'm rather curious how you would do on your own respective stage."

Kimuarahime gave a glance to Yuji for a moment before speaking up. "I think we would be pleased to receive you at our shiro...of sorts. I would be more than pleased to provide tea while my prince, and I, discuss the ongoing play with you?"

The mirrored mask chuckled "Well if I were playing a guessing game I'd say you just eliminated a few options. Going off stereotypes at least."

They seemed amused but also interested as one arm crossed just under their chest and tucked under the other arm which supported a glass with clear liquid in it.

Kazumi looked to her for a moment "Well what does an austere good time look like for you Horse-sama?"

"Let me guess....Crab, Lion, and Dragon is what you are thinking?" Reki smirked under her mask. "I suppose a little less Innuendo and mystery, and a lot more boring folks talking about work while trying to look like they aren't talking about work."

"So Reflection-san, is this your preferred party environment? And did you come to pull someone on the edge back in, or slipp out for a moment's rest?"

A deeper smile replaces the courtier's one she has been using under the mask. "I am deeply grateful for both of your assistance. IF you can point the direction, I will head that way myself. But it is good to see a former clanmate in a new place."

A bit perplexed by his wife's sudden departure, Ryuhei shrugged and nodded to Yamako.

"Of course. This is a place where all go alone, after all." He gave her a brief description. "Happy to have helped. Have a good evening, Ide-sama!"

The lady smiled softly and gave a nod of her head. "Oh, wonderful. I'll be sure to put some time aside in my busy schedule so we can meet, put down the dramatics to a degree and see what becomes of it. If nothing else, I suppose I look forward to the show."

Her gaze turned to look at the entrance for a moment. "I'm sure we can trade details by proxy. Perhaps leave your details with the attendant. I'll pick them up at the end of the evening."

at her question the mirror mask paused cocking their head slightly to the side in contemplation "I'd say I can hang with these types of parties but no not really my style. Too many rules for my taste." They replied "Though for the life of me I can't figure why you'd want to talk about work." Kazumi said chuckling

"to each their own I suppose. For me, well, I suppose a bit of both in some ways. A beautiful woman, as far as i can tell, alone at a party like this? Well that's one of those mysteries." Kazumi said, smooth voice rolling out like silk "and I am a very curious cat. But in the end I have no interest in roping you into the decadence of the party if it's not where you want to be and I do find you very, refreshing, from the normal company."

He clapped, "Exactly my little Kitsune!" He took another sip of his sake and continued: "So who should we figure out next?"

The fox bit their bottom lip as they looked around the room trying to figure out another mask to try. It was not helped by genuinely not knowing who any of the participants were.

Yuji would bow to the Golden one as the beginning of the arrangements were made. "Until then, all the excitement of the evening to you," his words smooth as silk, though he would remain looking to Kimurahime, his eyes radiating all the warmth and affection he could.

That thrill of excitment at what the future could hold raced down his spine, and it was made all the sweeter with knowing he would be sharing that future with her.

That said, I don't deny that I had some instrumental part in the proceedings. Your presence does bring the best in me, although I'm sure that might be mutual," she said lovingly in return before nodding to his suggestion.
