[Susumu Yakumo]

"Ah, Yurei-chan showed me he autographed dress, she's so proud of it!" She nodded enthusiastically. "Hai, she's very sweet. Though serious self-esteem issues." Said the Minor Clanner with serious self-esteem issues.

"I suppose that must come from living her life as a ronin. The poor dear, she is so sweet, and deserves so much better," Yakumo sighed, feeling sympathy for the poor girl. "That I could brighten her day at least did bring me some joy though. It's so rare that I get to show some kindness to those less fortunate in our Empire..."

For a moment, she thought back to when Jissai had brought her to that hospital and visited the children's wing there. It had been painfully awkward at first, but... she did have fond memories of bringing some light to the day of children who had a difficult time.

"... Is there a lot of charity work done here in this province, Hotaru-san?" she asked, suddenly curious.

[Hotaru Sakura]

Hm....what an interesting question.

"Well, Susumu-sama...there are always needy people, especially on the World of Dreams. Despite the glamor" she waved around the gallery "Not all are so lucky, to put it bluntly. I must confess, I haven't put too much thought into it in the past. More concerned with the day to day, you see. The Temple of Passion does its fair share of charity, I believe. Otherwise...hm...I cannot really say any specifics at the moment."

Hm....what an interesting question.

"Thank you, I will have to look into that. Tomorrow perhaps." It also wouldn't hurt to take some time to show her gratitude to the Fortunes by putting in some work on their behalf.

"Sorry, that was probably a very weird turn of conversation..." Yakumo chuckled awkwardly. "My mind runs away with me sometimes."

[Yoritomo Seika]

Leaving a Scorpion woman giggling warmly in their departure, the comparably icy Kuni shifts her attention elsewhere in the party. Holding a beautiful tall glass of some light colored translucent alcohol at the stem between her first two fingers. Wearing her rather daring dress with a level of sophistication was was befitting her even if she wasn't herself much of a socialite. A truth that was fairly evident in the manner with which she scans the room with eyes that almost sought targets more than anything else.

That was until her gaze rests upon Seika, and the familiarity of her appearance draws Koyuki's attention in. With some good work done for the night she could at least allow herself this bit of relaxation and finds herself beside the woman not but a moment later.

"Yoritomo-sama?"

"Oh, hey, Kuni-san." Seika turns to face Koyuki, holorecorder held casually around waist level. "Seen you around at a few of these things, but I don't think we ever really talked after that day at the dojo. How've you been?"

[Kitsune Kiyoshi]

"We'll go back to the embassy soon and get some dinner." Kiyoshi assured the Detective. "Until then, no eating the art."

They stood off to the side, deciding what to look at next.

[Kuni Koyuki]

"Oh, hey, Kuni-san." Seika turns to face Koyuki, holorecorder held casually around waist level. "Seen you around at a few of these things, but I don't think we ever really talked after that day at the dojo. How've you been?"

One long flash of the last weeks events zipped by in the flash of a memory stream that would have left her stunned to silence if she'd experienced every emotion again here and now. Instead, she was allowed the opportunity to try and quantify this in just a few words. Which was also such an incredibly daunting task that she just decided on:

"Well. How about you, Yoritomo-sama? Have you been enjoying the opportunity to see the city and all the different people it has to offer? I believe I recall that being your particular interest," she gives a subtle indication toward the camera. "Correct?"

[Bayushi Senshuken]

Senshuken walks past the Susumu and certainly by mistake, her fingers slightly brush Sumiko's hand. "Susumu san." She greets her, offers a bow and continues walking.

"We'll go back to the embassy soon and get some dinner." Kiyoshi assured the Detective. "Until then, no eating the art."

They stood off to the side, deciding what to look at next.

Her steps lead her to the foxy boy. She bows again. "Hey, there!" She grins and turns to the monkey. "Detective." She says in a playfully serious tone and her attention returns to Kiyoshi.

"Let's go meet some girls! What say you? Pick one! Or two even!"

Senshuken walks past the Susumu and certainly by mistake, her fingers slightly brush Sumiko's hand. "Susumu san." She greets her, offers a bow and continues walking.

Sumiko gave the Scorpion a smile and a bow, but seeing her approaching someone didn't stop her, just looking back at the piece of art she was studying.

[Kitsune Kiyoshi]

Her steps lead her to the foxy boy. She bows again. "Hey, there!" She grins and turns to the monkey. "Detective." She says in a playfully serious tone and her attention returns to Kiyoshi.

"Let's go meet some girls! What say you? Pick one! Or two even!"

"Good evening, Senshuken-sama." he returned the bow. The Kitsune seemed a bit haggard, but he offered a smile.

"I would be pleased to meet anyone, though I don't know who I would choose."

[Hotaru Sakura]

"Thank you, I will have to look into that. Tomorrow perhaps." It also wouldn't hurt to take some time to show her gratitude to the Fortunes by putting in some work on their behalf.

He glanced about at those she indicated. "I've seen Hotaru Tsuyo-san at the embassy, but I'm not familiar with Soshi-sama. I'm familiar with Hotaru Sukara-san, but I've not had the opportunity to meet Susumu Yakumo-sama. I am not familiar with either the Mantis or the Crab. Susumu Sumiko-sama, I and others have been working on a project, but I haven't really spoken with her. I met Kitsu-sama a couple of weeks ago, but haven't spoken with her since."

As he went through the list, the Detective simply reached out and pulled the Scorpion's first finger.

[Hotaru Tsuyo]

"Well, there are only so many asteroids within easy reach, yes?" Wicked Witch asked with a wry smile on her lips. "But that is all for the better, for it makes your art all the more unique! Unique!" She seemed rather convinced that no-one else could could quite do what Tsuyo had done. "Your work will be admired for months to come - and for a reason. Groundbreaking, yes-yes!" She seemed ecstatic, almost as if she was high on designer drugs. Which was not entirely unlikely. Soshi Ayame had earned some fame for her prophetic visions that she was rumored to chase with help of esoteric rituals and modern narcotics. "Oh, one is always busy. There are always some matters to attend to." There was a short pause, the rather agitated patron of arts leaning closer. "Though, if Hotaru-san would want to discuss fine arts in more private setting, I am sure we could arrange something, mhmhm?"

While the artist winced a bit on the inside at the idea that the work would be admired for mere months, but she doubted the Soshi's visions were focused on something so mundane as that. "Most asteroids are in reach for the Firefly, but yeah, those closer to a planet offer more options for onsite visitin'. Has Soshi-sama made a tour of the installation, or will you stick to the drone views?"

Her smile doesn't shift as she sips the pleasantly complicated sake in her hand. "Course I'm always on call for a chat, Soshi-sama." Her manner remains direct and friendly, without slipping to the flirtatious. Scorpion will be Scorpion, but she hadn't been hired for that variety of game.

"Oh, I am. It is quite the exciting place, all things considered. I feel like there is still much I haven't seen or experienced here yet... would you perhaps have any places you would recommend, Hotaru-san? Any favorite locations or shops?" Yakumo hadn't quite picked up, or had forgotten, that Sakura was native to the World of Dreams.

"We might - might arrange a cruise sometime later, for a select group of good friends. Yes. On a suitably comfortable vessel." she added, nodding vigorously. "Yes, that we might do. But first we must make everyone curious. They must really, really want to be on that ship." Ayama tapped her chin, seemingly rather proud with her idea.

"Oh, excellent. We'll see if we can arrange something then. Yogo-san was really, really curious about meeting you." There was a short pause. "Though, I doubt you are his type. Or you his. Some people get some silly ideas when they see art." Ayame tsk-tsked. "Pray tell me, Hotaru-san, what does your kin think about your work?"

[Hotaru Sakura]

"Oh, I am. It is quite the exciting place, all things considered. "Certainly, this planet is full of wonders, and dangers, I guess." She nodded enthusiastically. "Hm...I guess...I really love Horogonai mall? Just convenient. Otherwise, there's a small coffee shop out of the way that Kuni Koyuki-sama recommended it, I quite enjoyed it. Does Susumu-sama like coffee?"

[Asahina Hinata]

Hinata was still staring at the drone footage.

"So sparkly . . . "

Eyes darting around the screens at every mineral sparkle and reflection.

[Ide Yamako]

Yamako was distinctly feeling the exhaustion of the last few days. She knew she still had more to do tonight so she drifted to a nearby corner to watch, hoping against hope she'd find something useful.

"We will do drone views for those coming to my gallery for the time being." Ayame explained, pressing her fingers to her chest. "He was?" Dark bushy brows lift with surprise. "Well...I mean, types don't matter much when you start talkin' shop..." The considerations about who gets to head to Ayame's expensive acquisition are all familiar, and the artist leaves them to Ayame.

"My close kin don't entirely get the need to carve on things, but they're proud it makes some ripples for the clan in ways they aren't much thought of. The clan values everyone contributin' in some way. We've got a world ta work on now, seems a good time to branch out a bit and have ways to make our mark that aren't just havin' the best ores, neh?"
