Knowledge was like catnip to Osamu. A secret? Even more so. An entire region of the planet that was forbidden from outsiders? Yes please! How could he resist?

Of course there was that whole "Forbidden" problem. Osamu didn't much like his chance of sneaking by guards. It was much easier when proper credentials could be obtained. This wasn't something that he could just ask a corrupt beauracrat for, or simply steal some else's. No, in case he was caught, he needed to have something that could at least past the bare minimum of investigation.

So, rather than finding proper credentials that were matched to him, he set about looking for something that he could use to make something that looked right but was keyed to himself. It turns out that for something that any Scorpion can do, and few wish to do, it was not particularly hard to find credentials that had been lost and forgotten.
