Rei laughed. "Fortunes, it's gotta be the same guy. One year, he sent me one as a birthday present. I think I've still got it in a drawer somewhere. Airi likes it."

Still smiling, he gestured back and forth between Hide and Eriko. "When this is all done, the three of us should get together and talk about all of this. But for now, I think I'd better head to bed." He bowed. "Goodnight, Matsu-san. Matsu-san."

Chuckling, he turned to depart, his mood good. Surely nothing could ruin it...
