"Parents turned out to be evil, wasn't involved but got punished all the same. Nearly died a double digit amount of times, started putting my skills to use and meeting people, made some money and some friends and just recently fought like-"
She frowns

"An Ikoma personnel officer misunderstood his orders." Reki smiled wearily, "I was...distracted at the time and failed to take notice of the arrangements for some leave I had been granted. And so I found myself here."

Her lip quirked up a little, "Something of a vacation from the task of fighting a war...by getting into a shoot out with pirates."

"Maybe you could phrase it as a working vacation? Your skills were greatly appreciated last night. They make me wish I had practiced more with longarms."

"Fewer sex parties yes." Reki nodded, "At least open ones...I suppose what happens in the motor pool stays in the motor pool."

"In truth I am a Staff Officer...so my shooting is merely the standard. If you want to see what a real marksman is capable of, I believe the Ikoma still have a file on Akodo 'One Shot' Amarante." She smirked at that, feeling some pride in her family's ancestral teachings.

Drink finished it's a return to the diminishing chicken stock as some nuggets experience true terror.

"The Ikoma...have a penchant for exaggeration but one doesn't get a nickname like that by being a bad shot." Reki took a bite of the chicken again, eyeing the supposed doom of man in sauce form with mild curiosity.

"You did not miss much, there is a lot of boring conversation on...whatever the party is themed around." She shrugged and dipped a small piece of chicken in the fiery red sauce.

"I suppose they were not named ironically." That was probably quite a Lion sin. "I do really enjoy parties though, anyone who's anyone is there, you get to dress up, or off I guess for those specific parties. And the gossip is always wonderful. Still, I think I prefer more physical activities."

"I suppose my duties just make those sorts of parties dull. Just work in a different guise." Reki eyed the sauce on her piece of chicken.

Slowly she took a bite. Reki nodded, her face turning red and eyes watering. Despite the obvious discomfort, the Lioness maintains her On. "It's...warm."

Yūrei is quite impressed Reki can still manage speech after trying the hot sauce.

"You, you know. Going places which are otherwise...difficult to get into. Like a scout, I guess?"

Dropping her voice
