Is there any benefit to purchasing a tournament winning deck, as mentioned in the rules?
On this particular tournament I mean.

When your Fantasy Fight Opponent is Susumu Jouichiro, do you gain 2 Free Raises on the actual Fantasy Fight roll if you pass both discerning his strategem rolls, or just one?

You get two opportunities and yes, passing both rolls would net you 2 Free Raises.
